what is DR ?

Depositary Receipt (DR)

DR (Depositary Receipt) is a security representing foreign assets that is registered for trading just like a stock. The issuer of the DR, who is authorized by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), purchases the foreign stock and then offers it to Thai investors in Thai Baht. DRs can be traded directly through a Thai Stock Account.
"Think of it as opening a door to international markets, right from the Thai stock exchange. It's a smart way to diversify and unlock great returns with DRs!"
