Maybank Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited (the "Company") recognizes the paramount importance of shareholder meetings and the fundamental rights of shareholders. This includes ensuring equitable treatment regarding meeting attendance, voting rights, and the receipt of various benefits. The Company views shareholders as key stakeholders who play a vital role in making significant decisions during each shareholder meeting.

In line with this commitment, the Company provides an opportunity for shareholders to propose additional important agenda items beyond the standard meeting agenda. Furthermore, to encourage shareholder engagement and address potential inquiries for the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), the Board of Directors has established a channel for shareholders to submit questions in advance. The submission period is open from January 16, 2026, to April 15, 2026. The Board of Directors will gather all submitted inquiries and provide clarifications during the shareholder meeting accordingly.
