Update Interest Rate Company Announcement Interest Rate No.95/2025**For any debtor who is in dispute with the Company arising from the debtor’s default, the Company reserves the right to determine the interest at the rate as prescribed by law and within the scope of the court order, whichever the case may be. However, such interest rate shall not exceed 24 per cent per annum according to the announcement of the Company**

Securities Trading Fee Rate The company charges trading fees from clients by Sliding Scale of Daily Trading Volume. Thenew securities commission rate is effective from January 1,2017onwards, Details are as follows:

1. 1 Forretail customers

Minimum daily commission rate = THB 50per day*

* FromApril 1, 2010 onwards All account types and channels for sending orders both through marketing staff and the Internet. Minimum commission fee is THB50 per day,excluding SET Trading Fee ,TSD Clearing Fee, RegulatoryFees and VAT

** Association of Thai Securities Companies has been set the settlement of traded via Automatic Transfer System for Cash Account charging fees at 14 bath (exclude VAT) per settlement transaction that will effective on trade date 01 April 2020 onwards.

Fees Chargeable examples

Mr. A purchased XYZ securities in a Cash Balance account via Internet by himself. Total value was Baht 18.0 million. Fee will be charged as follows:

1.2.Institutional clients

Are subject to a 0.20% charge on the Sales Representative channel plus 7% VAT and 0.12% for Internet Trading plus 7% VAT.

Remark:

ETF Funds and Property Funds fees have been changed from 0.10% to follow the sliding scale above. These include:

You can do this through the Maybank Invest application. Log in to the Maybank Invest App > go to the menu bar at the bottom right and select “ME” > choose Deposit/Withdraw.

1. Deposit via QR Code

- Tap the Deposit via QR menu > enter the amount > tap Generate QR Code > save the QR Code to your device.
- Then open your banking application.

How to use

- Save the QR Code image on your device.
- Open the banking application.

- Select "Scan" and upload this QR Code image > Press "Finish".

3. Via the ATM or the bank's mobile application

Access the banking application > Click "Pay Bill" > Search for the company name as specified in the table below.

Note: Via Mobile application, if the transaction exceeds the daily please process the transaction at the bank counter.

In the case of selecting the ATS channel, customers are required to apply for the Automatic Transfer System (ATS) direct debit service before they are able to deposit funds through the system.

How to apply:

1. Register by submitting documents through MST. Download the form from this link , complete all required information, and attach supporting documents. Submit them to your investment advisor.

2. Register for the service through ATM, Internet Banking, or Mobile Application.
